The new design includes a cage pre-filter surround to help reduce pump maintenance.   As with all good pumps, all models in the Eternity range utilise a ceramic impeller shaft to reduce friction and extend the life of the impeller assembly.   Threaded BSP inlets and outlets allow for straight forward installation of aditional Biological pre-filters and fountain kits.   All models also include thermal overload protection.

Because these pumps are designed to last they come with an industry leading 3+2* year guarantee on the motor and a 2 year guarantee on the impeller - * once the warranty is registered via the Clearpond Web site.

Most models benefit from a unique design of the rotor unit & impeller, resulting in pumps which are completely different from others on the market.   The shaft and integrated impeller rotate in two antifriction bearings equiped with vibration absorbers, making these models run exceedingly quietly.

The 2,000 and 2,800 lph models can be run either submerged or  "in line".   This makes them eminently suited for use in Fountains and Ponds as well as Aquariums, Hydroponics or Industrial applications.

These models utilise a simple yet very effective cleaning mechanism, which allows the elimination of lime scale or algae scum from the strainer, without the need to remove the front chamber of the pump.

Alternatively,  an interchangeable impeller cover - which has a hose connector on the input side of the pump - can be used for  In Line operation.   All models with flow rates in excess of 2,800 lph come equiped for In Line operation.

Flow control on Models in the range 500 lph to 1,150 lph is achieved through a simple to adjust "Dial" which rotates about the pump's inlet strainer.   Flow control in the larger models - 2,000 lph and upwards - is achieved via an output regulator.
